When a person becomes lost, either from home or whilst in the community, it is an extremely traumatic event for everyone concerned.
Our Track, Trace and Recover service uses hidden beacons (i.e. inside a walking stick, cuddly toy or coat lining) that are connected to the same network our Smart Homes form part of. We can actively track these beacons when you notify us that a person has become lost. We will then work alongside the emergency services and assist them in quickly and efficiently finding a vulnerable loved one and returning them to safety.
